Expression of Interest – Contractor Engagement – BIM Information Managers

About BakerHicks

BakerHicks is a leading design, engineering, and project delivery consultancy, delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK and Europe. We operate in highly regulated sectors, including life sciences, nuclear, defence, infrastructure, and industrial, and provide multidisciplinary expertise from concept to delivery.

Our ability to integrate design, engineering, and digital capability enables us to deliver efficient, compliant, and innovative solutions for our clients.

Our BIM & Digital Engineering Team

Our BIM and Digital Engineering teams play a critical role in driving consistency, quality, and innovation across our project delivery. We are focused on embedding best-in-class BIM practices, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards, and supporting fully coordinated, data-driven project environments.

Working across multi-disciplinary teams, our BIM Information Managers are key in setting strategy, establishing standards, and ensuring effective model coordination across complex programmes of work.

We also take our BIM capability to market, working directly with end-user clients to define clear BIM requirements and supporting contractors in managing BIM delivery through effective engagement with their supply chain.

The Opportunity

We are building a talent pool of experienced contract BIM Information Managers to support upcoming and future project requirements across our UK portfolio.

This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) rather than a live vacancy. However, it will operate as an active recruitment process, with opportunities to engage directly with our teams to discuss your experience and suitability for future contract work.

Successful candidates will be added to a pre-qualified, verified contractor pool, enabling faster engagement as project needs arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
