This EOI is ideal for skilled Health & Social Care professionals who enjoy flexibility, learner-focused delivery, and being part of a highly supportive, quality-driven organisation.
As a Freelancer , you will support learners completing Health & Social Care Levels 2 -5 qualifications, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them achieve timely and successful completions.

Location & Contract Details
Location: Remote Engagement Type: Freelance (Expression of Interest) Hourly Rate - £18.00 - £25.00 per hour
What Sets This Role Apart
While you'll play a vital role in learner success, you won't be responsible for everything. Our experienced support teams ensure you can focus on teaching and assessment.
You will NOT be required to:
Deliver Functional Skills (covered by our dedicated Functional Skills & ALS team) Recruit or generate learners (handled by our Business Development team) Enrol learners onto programmes (managed by our Enrolment team) Deliver workshops (led by our Workshop Tutors through Elevate)

The Ideal Contractor Will Have:
A Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, V1) A Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent) A Level 3 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning A strong understanding of End-Point Assessment (EPA) A learner-centred, organised, and professional approach
