At Oasis Academy Leesbrook, we're launching something truly special, and we want you at the heart of it!

We're excited to invite applications for an Extended Provision Teacher to join us as we open a brand new, purpose built provision designed to transform the educational journeys of students who need it most.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't just another teaching role; it's a unique opportunity to build, shape, and inspire a provision from the ground up, creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every student can reconnect with learning and rediscover their potential. Working with small groups of KS3-KS4 students, many of whom face barriers in education, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching in a personalised setting, supporting learners with SEMH, SEN, and behavioural needs through tailored, engaging pathways from Entry Level to GCSE. You'll build strong relationships with students, families, and professionals, while collaborating closely with pastoral teams, SEND specialists, and external agencies.

At the heart of the role, you will help create a provision where every student feels safe, valued, and able to succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
