- Work cooperatively with the STEM Director and all Lone Oaks Farm staff in implementing the program. This includes teaching of math, science, technology, and engineering. The curriculum will be created by the STEM Director.
- Assist the STEM Director in adapting activities and materials for the purpose of supporting and reinforcing the use of the environment and the outdoors as an integrating context in STEM education, as well as providing an opportunity for all students to participate in activities.
- Setting up the equipment and preparing materials prior to arrival of students, as well as picking up and packing materials and/or equipment at the end of the day.
- Assisting with the supervision and instruction of students.
