If you’re part strategist, part creative producer, and part media matchmaker — this might be your next chapter. 🌟 What You’ll Be Leading You’ll own and deliver Napthens’ external communications strategy — bringing together media relations, partnerships, thought leadership and brand storytelling into one cohesive voice. 📣 Media Relations Shape and deliver a proactive media strategy that gets Napthens noticed for the right reasons Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers Craft compelling press releases, commentary and thought leadership Spot the moments where our experts should be front and centre in the conversation 🎧 Podcasts & Thought Leadership Take our podcast from concept to conversation — planning, producing, and promoting engaging content Turn legal expertise into stories people want to hear Collaborate across the firm to spotlight the voices that matter 🤝 Partnerships Bring partnerships to life — from idea through to activation Identify opportunities that strengthen our brand and broaden our reach Measure impact and make sure every partnership delivers real value 🏆 Awards & Directories Tell our story in a way that stands out — through awards and legal directory submissions Work with teams across the firm to capture the best of what we do Position Napthens as a firm recognised for excellence, innovation, and people 🧠 What You Bring Experience in external communications and media relations (ideally in professional services or a regulated environment) A talent for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content Confidence working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A natural curiosity — always looking for the next angle, the next story, the next opportunity Bonus points if you’ve worked on podcasts, partnerships, or awards programmes. 💡 Who You Are Calm, credible and confident Creative but commercially aware Detail-driven, but never lose sight of the bigger picture A collaborator who thrives on building relationships internally and externally 🚀 Why This Role Matters This isn’t just about communications — it’s about reputation, influence, and identity.
