**Certification and Conformance Regulatory Affairs Associate – **heses Roles in Slovakia/Poland/Czechia/United Kingdom (m/f/*)

About 3M

3M has a long-standing reputation as a company that fosters innovation, celebrating curiosity and creativity with the freedom to explore bold ideas. Through diverse perspectives, we take risks on cutting-edge concepts that create real impact.

In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to a global environment where we develop Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), particularly 3M Fall Protection products.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Certification and Conformance Regulatory Affairs Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance for Slovakia’s Banska Bystrica Plant and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing EN/CE certification for 3M Fall Protection products, ensuring full compliance with applicable standards.
  • Identifying regulatory requirements for assigned PPE portfolios across Slovakia, Poland, Czechia, and the UK.
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for product certification schemes, maintaining records in divisional and corporate systems.
  • Collaborating with test labs, notified bodies, and agencies to streamline certifications, accelerate submissions, and conduct site audits for product conformity.
  • Providing regulatory compliance input during new product development and post-market assessments, working closely with business stakeholders, quality, and manufacturing.
  • Staying current with standards, regulations, and directives relating to PPE and fall protection.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
