The BPM – SaT Data Assets is a Senior Manager/Manager ranked role responsible for identifying, harvesting, and curating SaT data assets (KPIs, insights, benchmarks) from engagement delivery. The role will design and embed methodologies to capture, structure, and maintain these assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and usability across service lines and geographies.
This individual will own the development and growth of the SaT data asset library, aligning its evolution with business priorities and market needs. The BPM will work closely with practitioners (particularly TD, TSE, and CDD), global innovation teams, and engagement delivery teams to ensure assets are relevant, trusted, and impactful in driving client outcomes.
As part of the Global SaT Innovation team, the role will play a key part in strengthening SaT’s data advantage and enabling differentiated client insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Asset Ownership Identify and harvest SaT data assets (KPIs, benchmarks, insights) from engagement delivery. Define, design, and maintain methodologies and standards for consistent data capture, curation, and validation. Build and grow the SaT data asset library in alignment with business priorities and client needs. Ensure usability, accessibility, and integration of assets across platforms, tools, and engagements. Engagement Support & Data Collection Partner with engagement teams to embed data harvesting into project delivery. Train and support GDS and local business teams in executing data collection processes. Monitor compliance with data collection standards and drive continuous improvement. Methodology & Process Development Develop scalable processes and frameworks to enable repeatable data harvesting. Continuously improve data quality, comparability, and analytical potential. Contribute to methodology innovation by leveraging automation, AI, and benchmarking best practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track adoption and usage of data assets across engagements. Define and monitor KPIs for data harvesting effectiveness, asset utilization, and impact. Report progress and insights to SaT leadership to inform decision-making. Strong understanding of SaT services, particularly TD, TSE, and CDD, with proven experience in engagement delivery. Ability to design methodologies and processes for scalable data capture and maintenance. Experience in managing and curating data/knowledge assets in a professional services environment. Strategic problem solver, able to anticipate challenges and propose actionable solutions. Skilled at stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence across geographies and seniority levels. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, virtual team environment.
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
SaT & Deal Lifecycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of TD/TSE/CDD practices and their data outputs. Client & Delivery Excellence: Experience supporting or leading client engagements with measurable outcomes. Process & Methodology Development: Ability to establish, implement, and refine scalable processes. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and insight-generation capabilities. Global Collaboration: Track record of working effectively across diverse teams and geographies.

Experience
8–10+ years of experience in a professional services firm or large global organization, with a strong track record in SaT engagements. Demonstrated experience in TD, TSE, or CDD delivery, with exposure to knowledge/data management. Proven success in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders. Experience working in or with global teams, with an inclusive and collaborative approach. International experience preferred; flexibility to work across time zones is required.
