Job Description: EYFS Phase Lead
A welcoming and ambitious primary school is seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher to join their leadership team as EYFS Phase Lead from September 2026 on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Early Years practitioner looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have strong experience teaching within EYFS
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Be confident leading and supporting an EYFS team
- Have a creative and engaging teaching approach
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Role Will Include
- Leading the EYFS phase across Nursery and Reception
- Supporting curriculum development and planning
- Monitoring pupil progress and attainment
- Mentoring and supporting staff within the phase
- Working closely with senior leadership to continue driving standards across Early Years
