Salary: Outer London M3 – M6 benchmark: £40,608 – £50,288
Contract: Full-time, 1-year fixed-term (potential to transition to permanent)

The Role
As EYFS/Reception Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering inspiring, play-based learning through the EYFS framework
- Nurturing young learners’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Developing a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that maximises engagement
- Effectively progress tracking, assessment and safeguarding in line with national guidance
- Collaborating closely with Teaching Assistants, Parents, and the leadership team
- Maintaining high teaching standards across the Early Years phase
Ideal candidates will blend structured teaching with a warm, nurturing approach.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Proven experience in EYFS/Reception teaching
- Deep understanding of EYFS curriculum and improvement strategies
- Strong classroom management, organisation and behaviour management skills
- A teaching philosophy that combines supportive mentoring with high academic expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and parent partnerships
- Commitment to delivering high-quality Early Years education
