Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Qualification Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


EYFS Teacher - Full-Time Permanent Opportunity in Canterbury

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming school in Canterbury from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational EYFS Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

The successful EYFS Teacher will play a key role in supporting children through the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them develop the confidence, curiosity, and skills they need to thrive.


The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can flourish.
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and assess progress, using observations and assessments to inform future planning.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the teaching team.

We Are Looking For

The ideal EYFS Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage, or be an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to begin their career as an EYFS Teacher.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Be creative, nurturing, and committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences.
  • Have high expectations for all pupils and a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed.
