About the Role
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Kingston upon Thames or Esher? Reeson Education is working with a warm and welcoming nursery setting seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join their team.
This fantastic nursery, located within easy reach of both Kingston upon Thames and Esher, provides a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, develop confidence and build strong foundations for their future learning. The successful candidate will become part of a friendly and supportive Early Years team that is passionate about delivering outstanding care and education.
Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner based in Kingston upon Thames / Esher, you will:
- Support children aged 0-5 in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Encourage children's learning, creativity and social development through play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Monitor children's progress and contribute to observations and learning journals.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times.

The Ideal Candidate
The Successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Will Have
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
