EYFS Teaching Assistant – Nursery & Reception

Croydon, CR0 | Full-Time | September Start

£100–£120 per day | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm

Not every Teaching Assistant role involves photocopying worksheets and sitting at the back of a classroom.

This opportunity is for someone who genuinely enjoys helping young children learn through play, exploration and creativity.

A vibrant and well-resourced primary school in Croydon (CR0) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception. The school has invested heavily in its Early Years provision, with spacious indoor learning environments, dedicated outdoor play areas and sensory learning spaces designed to encourage curiosity and independence.

The successful candidate will become a key part of a close-knit EYFS team, supporting children during some of the most important stages of their educational journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
