F & B Assistant , White Lion Pub

F&B Assistant Location: White Lion Pub, Hotel du Vin, Avon Gorge

Role Overview

OTE up to £16.63 per hour (inclusive of tronc, uniform provision and training), with career development opportunities.


About the Role

Welcome to Hotel du Vin – we ask you to work hard to create and deliver the best food and drink experiences, but we reward you fairly and provide support to grow your career.

You’ll be the key communicator between kitchen, bar, and guests—ensuring a seamless experience for both teams and customers in the White Lion Pub. Working across a range of shifts—including busy evenings and weekends—requires adaptability, and shifts can be tailored during interview.


Responsibilities

  • Represent the White Lion Pub with style—endeavouring to make your guests remember you (in a good way)
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar management to maintain order, efficiency, and quality
  • Offer guests outstanding food and drink experiences, ensuring they step out with unforgettable memories
