Requirements
- Five days out of seven shifts
Responsibilities
- To support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- To ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard
- To maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- To assist with stock control and ordering
- To deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence

- Salary: £28,980 - £33,980 (OTE) per annum (£28,980 basic + approximately £5000 per annum Tronc based on monthly average)
