Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Education Environment - Brighton - up to £30,450 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Brighton, East Sussex, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in an educational environment in Brighton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £30,450, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and plasterboard.
- Changing locks.
- Door hinges.
- Floor repairs.
- Minor repairs to office furniture
- Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
- Kick and push plates.
- Install/ Repair blinds
- Basic Plumbing.
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on-site
- Escort subcontractors

Requirements
- Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
