Position: Fabric Engineer
Location: Bullring, Birmingham
Job Type: Fulltime
Shift Type: Rotational
Core Responsibilities:

Planned and Reactive Maintenance:
- Painting
- Joinery
- Minor building repairs
-
Update Completed PPM Tasks:
- On computerised maintenance system
-
Assist Specialist Subcontractors:
- With PPM and reactive works
-
Maintain Accurate Site Records and Documentation
-
Inspect Services and Proactively Manage Call-outs/Repairs
-
Attend Site Emergencies Outside Normal Working Hours

Work at High Level Using Platforms and Ladders

Essential Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ in Carpentry, Joinery, Construction & Building

10 Years' Experience:
- In a similar field

Previous Team Working Experience

Customer Service Skills

Competent Knowledge of Building Fabric:
- Joinery
- Painting
- Small building works
Key Conditions:
- Must Reside Near Bullring Birmingham:
- (Available for call-out)
