Role: Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer

Hours: 37.5

Location: London

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including, aspects of carpentry, painting, and Vinyl floor patch work.
  • Carry out minor repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
  • Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
  • Perform tasks such as fire door maintenance, ceiling tile replacements, minor wall repairs, patch painting and Vinyl flooring repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain asset condition.

  • Experience in facilities management or building services.
  • Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
  • Basic carpentry and panting skills.
  • Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
