About the Role
WPS is recruiting multiple skilled Fabric Technicians to join our Facilities Management team on the prestigious Landmark contract in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a high-profile, corporate FM environment, delivering first-class building fabric maintenance and compliance support.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the fabric of the buildings is maintained to the highest standards, supporting day-to-day operations and maintaining a safe, professional environment for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the contract
- Undertake general building maintenance including:
- Basic carpentry, patch plastering, painting & decorating
- Tiling, door and window repairs
- Flooring, ceiling and minor brickwork repairs
- Support compliance and statutory requirements
- Identify and report defects, completing works efficiently and safely
- Liaise professionally with site teams, contractors, and clients
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards and Wates policies
- Accurately complete job records and documentation

About You
- Proven experience as a Fabric Technician / Multi-Skilled Operative within Facilities Management or a similar environment
- Strong all-round building maintenance knowledge
- Experience working within commercial or corporate buildings (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Awareness of health & safety regulations
- Relevant trade qualifications or time-served experience preferred
