Fabricator (Part-Time)
TWC Home Improvements
24 Hours Per Week | 3 Days Per Week | Flexible Working Days | Salary Dependent on Experience

TWC Home Improvements is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our Installation Depot team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing company where quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
Based at our Swindon Installation Depot, you'll play an important role in supporting our installation teams by preparing products, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and ensuring work leaving the depot is completed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
As a Fabricator, you'll undertake a variety of workshop and depot-based duties, helping to prepare products and materials for installation while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
A key part of the role is quality control, ensuring products are thoroughly checked before leaving the depot and identifying any issues before they reach our customers. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business to help keep installations running smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and fabrication of products for installation.
- Carry out thorough quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Check completed work against job specifications and identify any issues before dispatch.
- Support the fabrication process by ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure installation schedules are supported.
- Report damaged or defective materials where necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
- Follow all company Health and Safety procedures.
- Provide general workshop support as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or workshop experience is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Good practical skills and the ability to work with your hands.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable.
- Experience within the home improvement, manufacturing, or construction industry would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
