Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our team at our Andover location. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 16:45.
As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Joining metal using MAG welding techniques to manufacture finished products.
- Cutting and welding materials in accordance with technical drawings produced by our Rail Design Team.
- Playing a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next production stage.

Fabricator Welder Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings to complete jobs accurately.
- Deliver high-quality products while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility to meet business demands.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and comply with all safety guidelines.
Fabricator Welder Requirements
- Previous welding experience (essential).
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings (desirable).
- Skilled in welding, polishing, and working with fine tolerances.
- Experience with Oxy-Acetylene heating equipment and digital bevel gauges.
- Prioritises a "right first time" (RFT) ethos and continuous improvement.
