A leading UK main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-value, complex projects across the commercial and hospitality sectors is seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. With a robust pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, they offer an excellent opportunity to work on flagship developments in prime city-centre locations.
Your new role
You will be joining a major 80m hotel development in central Edinburgh, taking responsibility for the full facade package from planning through to completion. As Facade Manager, you will oversee all external envelope works, ensuring technical compliance, programme delivery, and exceptional quality standards.

- Work closely with the Project Manager and design team
- Ensure health & safety adherence
- Manage programme milestones

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Proven experience as a Facade Manager or Senior Site Manager with facade responsibility
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, including curtain walling, cladding, and glazing
- Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within the hotel, commercial or mixed-use sectors
- Ability to manage complex interfaces between facade and structural packages
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and quality standards
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
