Bridge Seed Global is a non-profit venture accelerator studio dedicated to transforming Africa’s young entrepreneurial talent into fundable, high-growth businesses. The organization focuses on individuals ages 18–35 and supports them through structured education, hands-on mentorship, and access to deep market networks. By connecting emerging entrepreneurs to catalytic capital, Bridge Seed Global helps bridge the gap between promising ideas and sustainable enterprises, with operations in 13 countries across Africa. Team members contribute to an ecosystem that nurtures innovation, economic inclusion, and scalable impact across the African continent.
Role Description
Facilitators at Bridge Seed Global will lead interactive learning sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs for early-stage entrepreneurs in a full-time, remote role. Facilitators will provide ongoing mentorship, support participants in refining business models and pitch materials, and connect them to relevant resources and networks. The role also involves tracking participant progress, gathering feedback, and collaborating with program partners to improve content and delivery. Facilitators are expected to uphold an inclusive, learner-centered environment and represent Bridge Seed Global professionally in all remote engagements.

What You'll Do
- 1hr weekly group training meetings with world-class founders.
- Join intimate group mentoring sessions with 4–6 founders.
- Share strategic advice on fundraising, go-to-market, product, team building, scaling, and leadership.
- Give honest feedback on pitches and business models.
- Open doors when it makes sense (introductions, insights, war stories).
- Help founders avoid the mistakes you’ve already paid for.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilitation, training, or adult education, preferably in entrepreneurship, business, or innovation-focused programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups in remote and virtual settings.
- Background in business development, startup support, or venture acceleration, including familiarity with business models, pitching, and fundraising fundamentals.
- Ability to design and adapt learning materials, structure workshops, and use digital tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing, learning management systems).
- Demonstrated capacity for mentorship and coaching, including giving constructive feedback and supporting participant growth and accountability.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage cohorts, track progress, and meet program timelines in a remote environment.
- Understanding of African markets and entrepreneurial ecosystems, or strong interest in learning about them; experience working with youth or early-career professionals is an advantage.
