Expert - Commitment to curiosity and excellence, constantly pushing boundaries, sharing knowledge and delivering value. 🏢The Role: We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Apprentice to join our team at Kubus Group Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Business Administration Level 3 qualification through Cirencester College. You’ll be the first point of contact for all facilities related queries, helping to keep facilities management running smoothly, as well as providing additional support to the extended team when required. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Administration for facilities maintenance, including booking repairs, meter readings etc. Additional support to SLT when required. Maintaining accurate records for building maintenance and office suppliers. Support with organisation and set up of company events. Assisting with room setups and catering when required. Supporting the coordination of site contractors and vendors. Monitor work completed by external parties and confirming the work is satisfactory. Coordinate essential services, for example cleaning and waste disposal. Assist in ensuring compliance and H&S standards are met across all Facilities aspects of the business. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Assist with IT simple set up. Supporting with ad-hoc projects related to Facilities Management. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Commitment to completing Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Cirencester College Clear communication skills. Willingness to study and attend college as part of your apprenticeship. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be able to demonstrate Kubus’ company values.
