Casual Bases - Zero Hour Contract / Grade 3 & SCP 9 – £14.13 per hour

We are looking for a casual Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to work within our Recreation Service.
Key Skills And Abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to respond to emergencies and unforeseen problems
- General maintenance skills and ability to carry out basic handyman duties
- Ability to maintain attendance and keep to a schedule

Experience
Previous practical experience working within caretaking, premises management, building cleaning or building maintenance is desirable. Experience of dealing with members of the public and delivering great customer care is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a current full clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel within the area is required.
