Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager (Multi-site Retail)
Location: Based in Central London Office (Holborn)
Salary: Starting offer from £45,000 PA
Schedule: Full time (core hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; occasional communication outside these hours and days in case of emergency may be required)
Reports to: Property and Facilities Team
PURESEOUL has been the UK's largest K-Beauty specialist retailer since 2019. We curate more than 60 of Korea's top beauty brands to offer an extensive range of Skincare, makeup, and more - online, and across our stores.
We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead the smooth daily operation of our retail stores and support spaces. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractor relationships, ensure compliance across the estate, and support the wider property team with operational and strategic FM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Management: Lead and oversee all reactive and planned maintenance activity across the retail estate, ensuring timely resolution, prioritisation of P1 issues, and accurate documentation.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Compliance & H&S Oversight: Maintain full compliance with health & safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments, and up-to-date compliance records across all sites.
- FM Administration & Reporting: Oversee maintenance logs, reporting, correspondence, and FM documentation, ensuring accurate and audit-ready records.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct routine inspections across retail and support spaces, identifying risks, escalating issues, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Event & Space Management: Manage FM support for internal events and meetings, ensuring facilities, equipment, and logistics are fully prepared.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor FM expenditure, track departmental budgets, and support cost-efficiency planning with the Facilities Team.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee stock levels of essential supplies, consumables, and FM assets, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate tracking.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in retail or founder-led business environments.
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, operations, or property management within multi-site environments.
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and statutory requirements in retail/consumer settings.
- Experience managing reactive maintenance and PPM schedules.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, timelines, and budget oversight; experience with tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
