Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities, reception, and office support services across operational sites.
  • Manage facilities queries, contractor activities, maintenance requests, and facilities records.
  • Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing, and track job completion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, reception enquiries, and switchboard calls.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering requirements, and visitor arrangements.
  • Manage incoming post, deliveries, and shared office spaces to agreed standards.
  • Arrange business travel, obtain approvals, and support meeting and event logistics.
  • Process and reconcile business expenses and company credit card transactions.
  • Manage mobile devices, SIM allocations, asset registers, and equipment tracking.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for equipment and assets.
  • Assist with health and safety checks, DSE assessments, and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct routine building inspections to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.

What you’ll bring?

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and respond promptly to queries.
  • Experience in administration, reception, facilities, or workplace support environments.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, bookings, and requests.
  • Desirable experience with facilities systems, asset tracking, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English; relevant administration/customer service qualification preferred.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player who builds relationships, improves processes, and supports safe, compliant, and efficient workplace operations.
