The Role
We're a staffing agency partnering with one of London's largest and most respected advertising agencies, based in Central London. We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant / Runner to support their Facilities team during a busy period.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in helping things run smoothly, and is happy to get stuck into whatever is needed.

Duties will include:
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing post
- General runner and facilities support
- Moving deliveries, furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Heavy lifting where required
- Supporting office moves and set-ups
- Completing ad hoc tasks for the Facilities team
- Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workplace

- Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting

- Able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
