Company Description

McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Assistant to help keep our Ashford designer outlet centre running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy a hands-on role, take pride in maintaining high standards and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in facilities management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate contractors, maintain accurate records and help deliver a first‑class facilities service. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring the centre remains safe, compliant and well-maintained for customers, tenants and colleagues.

You will manage administration and compliance tasks, including maintaining accurate records, tracking KPIs and supporting health and safety and environmental reporting. In addition, you will support stakeholder engagement by building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams, while also contributing to risk and safety by identifying and escalating operational risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
