Role: Facilities Assistant
Location: 5 days a week – London, White City
About the Role
Our Facilities team sits at the heart of our London office. We make sure everything runs smoothly so our teams can focus on growing the business. As a Facilities Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Facilities Manager, juggle different priorities, solve problems quickly, and interact with colleagues across the business every day.
Please note this is an entry-level role and we welcome applications looking to begin or develop their career in this field.
Responsibilities
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and well-organised workspace
- Setting up desks, laptops, monitors, and starter kits for new joiners
- Supporting onboarding to give new employees a great first-day experience
- Ordering and managing office supplies, snacks, drinks, and merchandise
- Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, warehouse teams, and contractors
- Managing and responding to internal helpdesk tickets
- Supporting office moves, restacking, and space reconfigurations
- Keeping track of IT equipment, phones, and marketing materials
- Assisting with admin tasks such as parking, mileage tracking, and DocuSign requests
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and light maintenance to keep the office looking its best

Skills & Attributes
- Organised and dependable
- Proactive, with a 'happy to chip in' attitude
- Calm under pressure when things get busy
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, email, and basic systems
- Confident setting up simple IT equipment (monitors, keyboards, docking stations)
- Strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Background & Requirements
- Experience in a facilities, office support, or similar hands-on operations role (not required for the right candidate)
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
