Facilities Assistant (Bank) Wolverhampton Hospital | Property and Facilities | Bank | Part Time | £12.84 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Our Facilities Team currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Assistant. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including:
- Cleaning (internal & external)
- Maintenance & Buildings
- Security
- Health & Safety
- Waste
As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will:
- Assist the facilities manager in organising the departments resources including maintenance requests, and the selection and ordering of goods / equipment
- Ensure compliance is kept with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health and Safety within the hospital
- Interact with all Suppliers and Maintenance Providers and ensure they are supported onsite
- Ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the standards required
- Monitor and maintain health and safety
- Assist in the delivery of projects & maintenance
- Maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards
