We're currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant - Cleaning & Reception to join our team on a permanent casual, zero-hours contract, providing support across multiple client sites in London.

Using your skills and experience, you'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our client sites, while also providing reception cover and supporting day-to-day workplace services. This is a varied role that combines commercial cleaning with front-of-house and general facilities support. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Delivering high standards of cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the workplace
  • Replenishing consumables and reporting maintenance or health and safety issues
  • Providing reception cover and delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience when required
  • Supporting meeting room set-ups and general workplace services
  • Working across multiple client sites in London as required
  • Carrying out other ad hoc facilities duties

Our Ideal Facilities Assistant Will

  • Have previous commercial or professional cleaning experience (highly desirable)
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Be a committed, honest and proactive individual
  • Be flexible and willing to work across multiple client sites
  • Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to develop their skills
