Facilities Assistant – Monster Energy
One of the most recognisable, high-octane brands on the planet is Monster Energy, and this isn’t a business for those looking for the average, the slow, or the boring.
We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant with the drive, work ethic, and energy to match our fast-paced environment.
The Role
This is no standard facilities job. You’ll be the backbone of our two busy office sites, ensuring everything runs at full throttle—without missing a beat.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the workplace sharp, organised, and ready for action
- Supporting contractors and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
- Managing deliveries, stock, and supplies—from stationery to keeping fridges stocked (literally!)
- Setting up spaces, moving equipment, and handling logistical needs wherever required
- Conducting daily health & safety checks to maintain a secure environment
- Assisting teams across the business during busy periods
- Making sure no day looks the same—and you love the variety!
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
