Looking for a part-time role where you can put your finance, purchasing and property administration experience to good use?

We're looking for a proactive Facilities & Capex Projects Co-ordinator to join our Head Office Finance team, supporting capital investment projects and facilities across the De Vere estate.

De Vere is a collection of hotels and event venues across the UK, committed to investing in our estates and operating more sustainably.

This is an on-site, part-time role working 20 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing;

  • Coordinating CAPEX projects from approval through to completion, ensuring purchase orders, project records and reporting are accurate.
  • Monitoring project spend, processing invoices and supporting the financial close-down of completed projects.
  • Maintaining facilities and compliance documentation, supporting our property and hotel teams.
  • Liaising with hotels, contractors, consultants and suppliers to keep projects and maintenance activity on track.
  • Providing administrative support across the Finance and Property teams as required.

  • Experience working with finance systems, purchase ledger and procurement processes.
  • Experience within facilities management, building maintenance, property management or a real estate environment would be an advantage.
  • Some knowledge of statutory building compliance, including Legionella, fixed wiring testing and engineering inspections.
  • Strong Excel, administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, flexible team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively.
