Facilities Coordinator | Facilities Management Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities Management Service.
Based at County Hall, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of maintenance, compliance and facilities management services across the portfolio of council buildings and care establishments.
Working as part of the Hard FM team, you will:
- Coordinate property maintenance requests
- Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams
- Manage records within our Property Asset Management System (PAMS)
- Help ensure statutory inspections and service contracts are completed and recorded correctly
- Support reporting, compliance monitoring, audit preparations and a range of general administrative functions that help keep our facilities operating safely and effectively

We are looking for someone with experience in administration, customer service or facilities support who is highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
Good ICT skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving are essential. Previous experience within facilities management, property maintenance or a similar operational support environment would be advantageous.
This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to make a real contribution to the safe, compliant and efficient operation of council properties and services.
