Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist

We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our site from the front desk. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership. You’ll be working closely with the Facilities Manager to keep the building running efficiently, while helping to improve systems and engagement with tenants.

This is not a traditional static role. We’re looking for someone who can spot what needs doing and make it happen. For the right person, there’s real scope to grow and develop in this position.

Responsibilities

Building Operations & Administration

  • Support the Facilities Manager with daily building operations and general administration.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems such as maintenance logs, feedback forms, booking systems, and building usage records.
  • Ensure front-of-house and common areas are tidy, professional, and well-presented at all times.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
