PTSG Ltd is a market leader in specialist services to the construction and FM sectors, delivering safety, compliance, and maintenance solutions nationwide.

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Facilities Coordinator to help manage our property portfolio of 50+ locations.

Within this role you will help to ensure all sites are compliant, safe, well maintained and cost-efficient, whilst supporting site moves and helping to implement cost savings in relation to facilities and change projects.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Whilst you will be based at our Castleford head office (WF10 5HW), this role will require some travel from time to time to our other office locations UK wide.

What you will be doing:

Compliance & Estate Management

  • Develop and maintain a compliance register across all 50+ sites, including fire safety, electrical testing (EICR), legionella, asbestos, and insurance requirements.
  • Support the Health and Safety team to ensure all sites meet current health and safety legislation.

Site Moves & Relocations

  • Support the coordination of site moves, liaising with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and external contractors.

Major Project Support

  • Support on property and lease implications of structural business changes, including acquisitions, new contracts, and service line expansions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants (surveyors, architects, project managers).

Site Closures & Dilapidations

  • Engage and manage specialist surveyors to assess sites
  • Maintain records of exit obligations, critical lease dates, and break options for all office sites

What we're looking for:

  • Stakeholder management — confident engaging with senior leadership, landlords, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solving — able to navigate ambiguity, identify practical solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Communication — clear and concise in both written and verbal communication
  • IT literacy — proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with CAFM systems or similar is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence is required.
