Job Title - Facilities Coordinator
Duration - Temp to Perm (initial 6-month contract)
Working Model - Towcester (On-site)
Salary/Rate - Hourly rate negotiable, with an end salary of £30,000
Facilities Coordinator Overview
The Facilities Coordinator will support the smooth delivery of facilities management services by coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and supporting engineers and contractors. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and experience working within a maintenance or facilities environment.
Previous experience using JobLogic is essential, with the successful candidate required to confidently manage job updates, work order tracking, scheduling, and maintenance records within the system.

- Supporting the coordination of facilities and engineering activities within a busy production environment
- Working closely with electrical engineers, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure works are planned and completed efficiently
- Managing maintenance activities, job updates, and work order tracking through JobLogic
- Coordinating access, scheduling, and communication for contractors attending site
- Maintaining accurate records of engineering activities, site works, and completed tasks
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility by ensuring maintenance requirements are effectively managed
The Facilities Coordinator will need to have the following attributes:
- Essential experience using JobLogic with the ability to manage work orders, update job statuses, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Previous experience within a facilities, engineering, maintenance, or production environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicating with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Good attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and administration
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and external contractors attending site
