£28,500 per annum
The Role
Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House & Facilities Coordinator to join our team supporting our Client in Coventry.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house responsibilities with facilities coordination. Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll deliver an exceptional visitor experience while supporting the day-to-day delivery of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services.
Key Responsibilities
General Facilities Support
Log and monitor helpdesk requests (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) to resolution Support and supervise day-to-day facilities activities across site(s) Carry out minor fabric repairs and periodic cleaning tasks Manage waste disposal and site consumables stock Handle emergency spillages in line with procedures
Front of House & Hospitality
Provide a professional meet and greet service for visitors and contractors Manage reception, calls, emails and general enquiries Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup and hospitality (catering/refreshments) Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are clean, functional and presentable Liaise with internal teams and service providers to deliver events effectively

Operational & Administration
Support Facilities/Contract Manager in delivering TFM services and KPIs Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance via CAFM systems Assist with reporting, performance data and monthly client packs Maintain accurate operational records and support compliance requirements Contribute to continuous improvement and service enhancement initiatives
Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with H&S policies, PPM and statutory requirements Conduct contractor inductions and manage permits to work Maintain site records and report incidents/accidents Promote a strong safety culture and escalate risks where required Adhere to company governance and operational procedures at all times
Any other tasks assigned by your Line or Contract Manager in line with individual skills and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications And Training Required
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent BICSc Qualifications (Desirable) Accredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable) First Aid Certificate (Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum) (Desirable)

Essential Knowledge, Skills And Experience For This Role
Minimum of 3 years in a Multi Service FM Delivery environment Good communication skills both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills
