Facilities Coordinator – Private Equity (London)

Location: West End, fully office-based Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role

Facilities Coordinator – newly created, hands-on position

You will join the Workplace & Administration team, ensuring the office runs smoothly with day-to-day operations that maintain high standards across:

  • Facilities, meeting spaces
  • Employee services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared spaces – ensuring they are well-presented and fully stocked
  • Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and employee initiatives
  • Support day-to-day facilities operations, including:
    • Supplies and deliveries
    • Inventory management
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to guarantee a seamless workplace experience
  • Assist with health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a first-class internal service

Candidate Specification

Required:

  • Experience in facilities, hospitality, workplace services, or front-of-house support
  • Proactive, hands-on mentor
  • Strong attention to detail
