Facilities Coordinator – Private Equity (London)
Location: West End, fully office-based Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role
Facilities Coordinator – newly created, hands-on position
You will join the Workplace & Administration team, ensuring the office runs smoothly with day-to-day operations that maintain high standards across:
- Facilities, meeting spaces
- Employee services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared spaces – ensuring they are well-presented and fully stocked
- Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and employee initiatives
- Support day-to-day facilities operations, including:
- Supplies and deliveries
- Inventory management
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to guarantee a seamless workplace experience
- Assist with health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a first-class internal service

Candidate Specification
Required:
- Experience in facilities, hospitality, workplace services, or front-of-house support
- Proactive, hands-on mentor
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive as a team player
