We are currently partnering with a leading name within the property industry who are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their established team based out of their prestigious West End office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Facilities Management, gaining exposure across a high-profile commercial portfolio while supporting experienced Facilities Managers and Building Managers in the day-to-day operation of prime assets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional building management services, ensuring high standards across health & safety, contractor management, and occupier experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Facilities Managers and Building Managers across a commercial property portfolio
  • Assisting with the management of hard and soft service contractors
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service delivery standards are met
  • Supporting compliance processes and health & safety administration
  • Assisting with site inspections, audits, and risk management procedures
  • Managing reactive maintenance requests and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting tenant engagement and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and operational documentation

About You

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of health & safety and contractor management processes
  • Keen interest in developing a long-term career within the property sector
  • Proactive, personable, and highly organised approach
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced professional environment
