Facilities Engineer Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
We're recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment.
The Role You'll support the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.

What We're Looking For
- Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering.
- Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable:
- IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience.
- HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline.
- Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects.
What's on Offer
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary.
- Permanent position.
- Four-day working week (Monday-Thursday).
