Top tier law firm is currently seeking an experienced facilities assistant to work as part of a busy team. In this role you will be supporting the facilities and the IT team.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing of internal and external post;
- Scanning and electronically sending post to relevant departments;
- Keeping records up to date using Excel, Word and bespoke software;
- Using a franking machine;
- Setting up of meeting rooms;
- Stocking meeting rooms with stationery;
- Ordering consumables as and when needed;
- Liaising with contractors when needed;
- Organising Couriers;
- Supporting the IT helpdesk;
- Dealing with 1st line support and raising issues when required.

Skills
- Highly effective communication skills both written & verbal;
- Excellent office administration skills;
- Outstanding organisation skills, a very highly competent planner;
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft packages and very confident to quickly pick up the use of specialised software packages & databases.
