Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

Responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day operational activities at the Sky Spaces Osterley Campus, including:

  • Maintenance management
  • Ensuring campus safety, functionality, and adherence to SLA/KPI standards
  • Managing physical spaces efficiently

About The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct daily building walks, identifying and escalating defects/actions via the EMCOR UK Service Desk.
  • Attend site audits and housekeeping tours, raising issues and tracking resolutions.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to minimise operational disruption and ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, attending meetings and providing work updates.
  • Compile reports, feedback, and administrative documentation for customer and EMCOR UK management.
  • Uphold compliance with policies, SOPs, safe working practices, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and align KPIs and SLAs, addressing shortcomings with relevant parties.
  • Represent EMCOR UK in stakeholder meetings, ensuring action items are followed up.
  • Coordinate work between Sky Spaces contractors and EMCOR teams, with limited technical oversight.
  • Promptly address PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and SI (Service Initiations) schedules.
  • Maintain a positive public image for EMCOR UK and Sky Spaces through relationship management.
  • Complete required training within deadlines.
  • Lead by example in aligning with EMCOR’s code of conduct and values.
  • Foster a learning culture, offering mentorship, succession planning, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Line management of on-site teams/accounts (direct reports TBD) as requested.

Professional Requirements

Previous experience in high-end facilities management, spanning:

  • Multiple locations and business-critical operations
  • Advantageous: Media and broadcast environments
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and guidelines
  • Demonstrated leadership in regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence
  • Skilled in quality assurance, customer service, and risk mitigation
  • Proficient in MS Office (written reports, spreadsheets, presentations)
