Reports to: Technical Services Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems including furniture, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Monitor plant, equipment, and building services
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Support installations, upgrades, and minor project works
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with H&S standards
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Provide support to facilities department to ensure contract delivery

About You
- Experience in FM, building services, or maintenance engineering
- Knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, and controls
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualification
- Full UK driving Licence (Essential)
- IOSH Working safely or equivalent Health & Safety Qualification (Preferred)
- 18th Edition, F-Gas, (advantageous)
