We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at our Wimpole Street office. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and delivering a first-class workplace experience.
As a key member of our Facilities team, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within Facilities, with scope to build your skills across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance with third-party contractors
- Managing site access, visitor requests, and bookings
- Supporting the delivery of events and staff engagement activities
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with QESH (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) standards (training provided)
- Collaborating closely with the wider Facilities team to support operational needs
Skills & Essentials

- Experienced in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally within a corporate environment
- Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- A confident communicator, able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Flexible and adaptable, with a team-oriented approach
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive workplace experience
Please note this is a 5 days per week on-site role.
