Facilities Manager – Site Operations (Biotech/Pharma)

Granta Park, Cambridge

Are you feeling like just another cog in the machine? If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, drive improvements, and be valued for your expertise, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We are looking for a Facilities Manager who thrives in biotech environments, understands the complexities of lab operations, and wants to build something exceptional - not just maintain the status quo.

Why Make the Move?

  • Your ideas matter – We are not here to tick boxes; we want fresh thinking to make our labs & facilities run at their best.
  • Cutting-edge environment – Work in a state-of-the-art R&D centre at the heart of Cambridge’s science cluster.
  • Be a key player, not just a caretaker – This isn’t about passive maintenance; you will lead projects, improve processes, and help shape the future of the facilities.

What You Will Be Doing:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
