Role Overview

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality FM services across a diverse property portfolio. You'll manage contractors, support clients, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure buildings are safe, compliant and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the Client, Contractors and Bellrock, building strong relationships across your portfolio of sites.
  • Managing the Asset Sustainability Plan / Operational Plan alongside the Technical Manager and updating actions within the Deepki system.
  • Using technology, IEQ and BMS systems, to improve building performance, occupier comfort, energy usage and maintenance spend.
  • Encouraging occupier engagement through NPS surveys, the Vizta platform and workplace events.
  • Attending client meetings, project meetings, health & safety meetings and monthly service reviews.
  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance through the Concerto system, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and in line with contract requirements.
  • Liaising with contractors, monitoring performance and quality, and undertaking inspections where required.
  • Supporting projects, resolving service delivery issues and driving continuous improvement across your sites.
  • Assisting with budgets, QVRs, monthly client reports and financial reconciliations.
  • Carrying out regular site audits, managing actions through to completion and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and operational documentation as required.
  • Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and statutory requirements, including accident reporting and ISO 14001 obligations.
  • Supporting social impact initiatives and delivering a positive workplace experience for occupiers and visitors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
