Facilities Manager

The UK's leading provider of flexible office space solutions is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple office sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all tenants. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, with a strong emphasis on customer service, budget management, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with building management systems (desirable)
  • Relevant qualification in facilities management or a related field (desirable)
