We are looking for a new team member with facilities management experience within the property sector to become part of our expanding Commercial Property Management team, based in our Nottingham office.
The role involves overseeing and coordinating property compliance and property maintenance matters across a number of different commercial premises, working alongside and reporting to property managers and other facilities team members.

We require an individual who is comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for matters whilst receiving support from other team members where required. They must be able to demonstrate experience of property maintenance and contractor management, and budget preparation and management. Strong organisational and communication skills are an essential requirement of the role.
The work will involve being both office and site based, and provides a varied workload each day.
