Job Description/Person Specification
WithYou is looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Support Coordinator to join our Finance and Resources Directorate. This is a varied and rewarding role, where you'll play a key part in coordinating facilities management projects, supporting contract transitions and helping ensure our services continue to operate smoothly across England and Scotland. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel as required.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinating the successful mobilisation and demobilisation of facilities management contracts, supporting acquisitions, contract retentions and operational transitions across the region
- Supporting the Regional Facilities Manager by providing dedicated project coordination, stakeholder engagement and governance to ensure key programme milestones are achieved during a period of significant business change.
- Facilitating operational readiness by working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless, compliant and timely contract transitions

What we're looking for
- Experience coordinating projects or operational activities
- Experience within Facilities Management, Property or a similar operational environment
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- IT skills and ability to use multiple business systems
- Experience supporting mobilisation/demobilisation or contract transitions would be highly advantageous
