This is a varied and rewarding role, where you'll play a key part in coordinating facilities management projects, supporting contract transitions and helping ensure our services continue to operate smoothly across England and Scotland. If you're highly organised, enjoy building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel as required.

  • Coordinating the successful mobilisation and demobilisation of facilities management contracts, supporting acquisitions, contract retentions and operational transitions across the region
  • Supporting the Regional Facilities Manager by providing dedicated project coordination, stakeholder engagement and governance to ensure key programme milestones are achieved during a period of significant business change.
  • Facilitating operational readiness by working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless, compliant and timely contract transitions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
